My makeup cakes easily; would I be a suitable candidate for a pore treatment?
I have had oily skin that produced excessive sebum since my school days, and as I have gotten older and lost elasticity, my butterfly zone and the area around my nose have turned into something resembling an orange peel.
No matter how many layers of primer I apply, far from filling in the pores, it all crumbles by the afternoon, making my face look messy.
I think I'll eventually have to go to a dermatologist to get laser or needle treatments, but I'm really curious if someone like me, with severely enlarged pores, would be a suitable candidate for pore treatments.
My skin is thin and sensitive, so I'm hesitant to make the purchase for fear of just irritating it and leaving it with redness. If I could really achieve dramatically smooth, peeled-egg-like skin, I'm confident I could endure any amount of pain.
I am wondering if deep, scar-like indentations can be filled in with pore treatments. If there is any pore treatment equipment that even sensitive skin can receive without irritation, I would really appreciate hearing your tips.
Please, I want to plug the hole and walk around confidently without makeup!
