I am an ordinary man in my 30s who gets stressed about my skin every time I look in the mirror. The mysterious dark blemishes on my face and the enlarged pores are driving me crazy.

At first, I thought they were just simple blemishes and would go away with casual care, but after looking it up, I found out they are 'lentigo' caused by aging or UV rays. They are quite large and dark in color, making my complexion look very messy and dull overall.
