Will Pico Toning be effective for improving blemishes? I'm considering it.

Lately, I've been increasingly concerned about my skin blemishes, so I'm considering getting Pico Toning. I've heard that it's effective for alleviating blemishes and melasma by using a laser to break down pigments, but I'm curious to see how much improvement it actually provides. I'm particularly concerned about whether it will be effective for skin like mine with long-standing blemishes, and how many sessions would be needed to see noticeable changes. I've heard that post-treatment care is crucial, so I need to pay attention to sun protection and moisturizing; I've also heard that the blemishes can darken if not properly cared for. Is this true? I'm hesitant to get it done, especially in the summer when the UV rays are so strong. I'd also like to know if there will be any inconvenience in my daily life, especially regarding daily makeup. If anyone has experience with Pico Toning, it would be a great help if you could share how effective the improvement in your blemishes was.
