I have a question about laser treatment for cherry spots.

I know this on my arm is called a cherry spot.
Now that summer is here, this is bothering me a bit.
This is my left arm, but I have two on my right arm too.
I heard that this can be removed with a laser.
I wonder if the laser procedure is painful.
I am wondering how many more procedures are required depending on the size.
I have a rather large one on another part of my body.
I don't know why it's so big... but anyway, it's really bothering me.
It's fine in the winter, but in the summer, since I'm exposed, I keep feeling self-conscious about covering it up.
But I'm not sure if this kind of laser treatment is okay in the summer.
