I keep getting dark spots... I would like to know the effectiveness and treatment cycle of Pico Toning based on the average person.

I’ve always had a lot of melasma and blemishes, but lately, my face feels even duller after just a little sun exposure, so I’m considering Pico Toning. People around me say that Pico Toning brightens the skin tone and significantly lightens melasma and blemishes, so I’m interested, but honestly, there are so many laser names that I don’t really know what’s what. As I understand it, Pico Toning seems to break down pigments by shooting smaller beams than older lasers, so it is widely used for melasma, blemishes, and even tattoo removal.

I would like to know, from a layperson's perspective, whether the effects of Pico Toning are noticeable after just one or two sessions, or if I need at least 5 to 10 sessions to feel a definite improvement. Also, I am confused because the explanations for the treatment intervals vary from clinic to clinic, ranging from every 1 to 2 weeks to every 2 to 4 weeks. As a working professional, it is difficult for me to visit very frequently, but I do intend to continue the treatment consistently. Therefore, based on the condition of my melasma and blemishes, I would like to hear realistic guidelines during the consultation regarding the optimal interval between sessions and the frequency of maintenance treatments to see proper results.
