I'm looking into Pico Toning lasers. Has anyone seen good results from this?

Hello. I am writing to inquire because I have a concern lately.

As I get older, I get stressed because every time I look in the mirror, the age spots and dark freckles on my face keep catching my eye...

My neighbors have been recommending Pico Toning lately, saying it's less irritating and really good for treating pigmentation. However, since my skin is quite thin and a bit sensitive, I'm a little hesitant because I'm worried that my face might get redder or break out after the treatment.
