💡 Does the Pico Toning treatment really make your skin tone clearer?

It hasn't really flared up darkly like melasma since spring, though.

I keep feeling like my skin looks dull and doesn't look clear.

I'm considering getting Pico Toning treatment ㅠㅠ!
