Is continuous maintenance for the Pico Toning cycle also necessary?
I am writing to inquire because I am wondering if the Pico Toning cycle needs to be continued through maintenance. I am looking into Pico Toning for melasma and blemishes, but I am a bit hesitant because people around me say that pigmentation can reappear even with maintenance.
I wasn't originally the type to be super meticulous about sun protection, and I'm the type whose cheekbones always get duller after summer.
I understand that Pico Toning helps lighten existing pigmentation, but I am wondering if I need to continue maintaining the treatment cycle even after my skin has improved. For example, is it possible to receive treatments at short intervals initially and then receive them every few months for maintenance once the condition has improved? I would also like to know if there is a high possibility that the pigmentation will darken again if I fail to properly care for my skin after Pico Toning.
I will definitely be applying sunscreen, but I am wondering if I need to do moisturizing or whitening treatments as well for the effects to last longer. Could I also be guided on a long-term Pico Toning plan during the consultation?
