Hello. I am writing to inquire because I am concerned about a scar on the lower part of my lip.
As shown in the photo, I have a light-colored scar right below my lip, and it is very bothersome because it does not disappear naturally over time. When viewed up close, it appears slightly raised, and I am stressed because it cannot be completely covered even with makeup.
I am wondering which procedure is most effective for a scar of this severity. I have heard that there are various methods, such as Fraxel laser, CO2 laser, scar laser, subcision, and scar injections, and I would like to consult with you to determine which treatment is suitable for my condition. I would also like to know if improvement is possible with a single treatment, or if multiple sessions are required.
I am also curious if the scar will be more noticeable due to its location near the mouth, or if there is a possibility of hyperpigmentation or the scar worsening after the procedure. I would also like to be informed about the recovery period, when I can resume daily activities, and whether I can wash my face or apply makeup.
While it is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis based solely on photos, it would be very helpful for me to inform you of the expected treatment plan, the approximate number of procedures, and the cost range before visiting the clinic. Please consult with me on methods that will allow the scars to fade as naturally as possible. Thank you.
