I think I'm experiencing side effects from laser hair removal. Can I continue with the treatments?

I started getting laser hair removal on the back of my hand, and perhaps because the skin is delicate and thin

I didn't have these symptoms when I received laser hair removal on other areas.

When I got the back of my hand, it popped up like red spots.

For now, I've been applying aloe gel or something like that, and it lasts for about two days.

I don't really feel any pain. It did feel hot and stinging at the time of the treatment, though.

It did calm down over time.

So, since I don't have any pain right now, I think it should be fine, but it's okay to keep getting it, right?

I've only received it twice so far, so I have a few more left.
