Does the pore care effect also apply to skin texture?

When I take photos, my pores are noticeable, but my skin surface doesn't look smooth overall; instead, it appears slightly rough. The pores around my nose and cheeks are particularly visible under lighting, and those areas look even messier when I apply makeup.
