I'm asking because I'm wondering if it's okay to get laser treatment regardless of the season.
I suddenly became interested in skincare and have been looking up various things, but I find there are more questions than I thought.
I originally planned to get treatment after the summer, but I hear that many people around me are actually getting laser treatments these days. However, I also read in some posts that it is better to consider the season due to UV rays, so I am confused about what is right.
My skin tone is a bit dull, and the pores on my cheeks seem more noticeable than before, so I want to try taking care of them. I am also stressed because there are many days when my skin texture doesn't look smooth even after applying makeup.
I have never had a laser treatment before, so I am being extra cautious. Has anyone had this done during the summer or hot season? I am wondering if it doesn't matter much as long as I manage UV exposure well, or if it would be better to wait for the right season.
Also, I would like to know when I can wash my face or exercise after the laser treatment. Since I tend to exercise almost every day, I'm wondering if I should take a few days off.
If there are any of you who receive laser treatments consistently regardless of the season, I would be grateful if you could share how your skin condition was and any special care routines you followed. I would like to make my decision based on your real-life experiences!
