What is the most common question asked by first-time laser patients? I'm so nervous too.

I'm thinking about getting a laser treatment at a dermatology clinic for the first time, but now that I'm actually trying to make an appointment, I feel a bit nervous haha.
I’ve been searching through tons of reviews online, but since I’ve never actually had it done, I’m curious about even the smallest details. I find myself worrying about every single thing, from how much pain there is and how long the procedure takes to whether I can go straight home afterward.
My skin isn't particularly bad, but the overall texture feels rough and my pores seem a bit enlarged, so I want to take this opportunity to properly take care of it. My makeup doesn't seem to apply as well as it used to, so I really want to improve my skin condition.
However, I am most worried about the part where the skin peels or turns red after the laser treatment, as I heard there is a period of time during that. Since I have to go to work and meet a lot of people, I would feel a bit self-conscious if it were too noticeable.
For those of you who received laser treatment for the first time, if you remember, what were your biggest concerns? I'm curious if it was actually better than you expected, or if there were any things you wish you had known beforehand.
Please let me know if there are any essential things I need to prepare before and after the procedure, and if there are any other points I should pay attention to besides sun protection and moisturizing. Since this is my first time, I have so many questions, so I would like to hear advice from those who have actually gone through this so that I can start with a little more peace of mind. Thank you!!

- 01CommentsI think it would be less of a burden if I could start with a small scope. That is a good question.440026.11.04
- 02CommentsSince blackheads and enlarged pores require different treatment goals, it would be helpful to ask during the consultation if they can be differentiated first. As the number of sessions varies from person to person, please try to schedule an evaluation together after the first treatment.250026.11.04

- 03CommentsEven for a small brown area next to the nose, it is difficult to distinguish between a mole, freckle, or other pigmentation based solely on a photo, so please get a medical examination first. Providing information on when the spots increased, previous photos, and the products you used will be helpful for the consultation. For areas prone to redness, it would be beneficial to check not only the type of pigmentation but also the current state of irritation, and to receive guidance on criteria for postponing laser treatments and moisturizing methods.740026.11.02

- 03CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!7130026.10.22
