There is a significant price difference for dermatology lasers; are the more expensive procedures definitely more satisfying?

I was looking for a dermatologist recently and was a bit surprised by the prices, haha.

I thought they were all the same lasers, but the cost difference turned out to be much greater than I expected. Some are affordable enough to start with, while others are several times more expensive, so I'm not sure what criteria to use to make a choice.

My skin tone is a bit dull, and my biggest concerns are my pores and skin texture. Since my skin issues aren't extremely severe, I'm not considering any overly aggressive procedures, but I also don't want to get treatments that have little to no effect, so I'm conflicted.

For those of you who have received slightly more expensive laser treatments, was there a definite difference in satisfaction? Or I am curious if choosing a procedure suited to one's skin condition is more important.

I thought that expensive lasers were automatically the best, but after doing some research, I'm even more confused because everyone recommends different procedures.

If anyone has tried various types of lasers, I'm curious if there was a procedure that offered high satisfaction for the price, and if you would choose the same treatment again. I'd love to hear your real-life experiences!
