I heard that getting laser treatments makes your skin thinner. Is that true?
I've been looking into various options lately because I'm thinking about getting a dermatological procedure, and I've noticed that opinions on lasers are really diverse, haha.
What I was most curious about was that I had seen claims several times that frequent laser treatments make the skin thinner. On the other hand, some people said that their skin actually became healthier and more elastic, so I wasn't sure what was true.
My skin isn't particularly bad, but I am a little concerned about my pores and texture, so I just want to try some light care. However, I keep hesitating because I'm afraid I might regret it if I start based on incorrect information.
Since there are so many types of lasers, I am wondering if there are differences depending on the procedure, or if I don't need to worry too much as long as I take proper care of it.
If there are any of you who are consistently receiving laser treatments, have you ever felt that your skin has become more sensitive or thinner than before? Or is it something I shouldn't worry about too much? I would like to hear about your actual experiences.
There are so many different stories on the internet that it has actually made me more confused, haha. I would appreciate honest opinions from those who have actually received it!
