Are there any other treatments besides Pico Toning that are good for melasma?
Hello. I am an office worker in my 30s. I thought I was only getting brief sun exposure during my commute, but lately, the melasma on my face seems to be getting darker, and I'm worried. Now they look like moles.
Even though I usually apply sunscreen meticulously, perhaps because it is summer, my skin tone looks dull and my blemishes are becoming more noticeable. Even when I cover them with makeup, my melasma stands out even more by the afternoon, which is stressful. I searched online and saw that treatments like Pico Toning, Revicol, and Skin Boosters are frequently recommended. I am wondering which treatment is most effective for someone like me who is concerned about melasma. If I were to get the treatment, I would also like to know how many sessions would be needed to see noticeable changes. Since I work in a profession where I interact with people, I would prefer a treatment with a short recovery period.
