What should I do about the laser?

Lately, I've been wondering if I should continue getting laser treatments for my skin. At first, I thought it would improve after just one or two sessions, but as time goes by, I find myself bothered by redness, blemishes, and enlarged pores again, so it seems like I need continuous care.

People around me say that receiving laser treatments consistently improves skin texture and brightens the tone, but on the other hand, I've also heard that receiving them too often can make the skin sensitive, so I'm confused about which is correct.

In particular, since laser treatments are quite expensive, I am curious whether the effects last a long time or if continuous maintenance is necessary. I would also like to know if the recommended treatment frequency varies depending on skin type, and whether it is better to consistently receive just one type of laser or to switch between different types tailored to my skin condition for greater effectiveness.

I am also curious whether receiving laser treatments alone improves the skin, or if regular sun protection, moisturizing, and home care are necessary to ensure long-lasting effects. I would like to hear opinions from those with experience regarding whether continuing treatments according to the schedule recommended by the dermatologist is truly necessary, or if there are cases where it constitutes overtreatment. I am interested to hear actual reviews and see if consistent laser therapy is beneficial for skin health in the long run.
