I have a scar (from a mosquito bite). Is it possible to treat it with a laser?

A few years ago, while out and about, I was bitten incessantly by a swarm of mosquitoes. It was a situation where I had no choice but to expose my skin; I remember being barefoot and wearing something like slippers, and I really got bitten like crazy. Seriously... As a result, if you look at the photo below, I am left with distinct scars that look like red spots... ㅠㅠ

So, especially during the summer, I get a bit upset every time I look at my feet. I got bitten by mosquitoes so much that I ended up with scars that look like spots. How can these kinds of mosquito bite scars be treated at a dermatology clinic? I used to just accept it, but at some point, looking at my feet started to make me feel a bit sad...

Can I get rid of these scars if I receive a procedure like a laser?
