Spreading of flat warts around the face/neck

Hello. Recently, small bumps seem to be spreading around my face and neck, so I suspect I have flat warts and am writing to consult.

At first, I didn't think much of it, but as time goes by, the number is increasing and it seems to be spreading to the surrounding area, so I am very worried. I have heard that flat warts are highly contagious, so I would like to receive professional treatment before they spread further.
