Hello. I am writing this inquiry because I have been very worried about my facial skin lately. Some time ago, small, bumpy spots resembling milia started appearing on my cheeks and around my eyes. At first, I thought it was just skin trouble caused by poor condition, so I tried squeezing them out and scrubbing, but they didn't go away at all. In fact, as time passed, they seemed to be spreading further and increasing in number, so I looked it up online and found that they could be 'flat warts.' As you can see in the attached photo, they don't look particularly gross or red on the surface, but they feel bumpy and catch when I touch them. They stand out so much whenever I apply makeup that it causes me a lot of stress.
However, since this is my first time having a wart removed with a laser at a dermatology clinic, I have a few questions. I am quite sensitive to pain, so is it very painful? I am wondering if it will be bearable if anesthetic cream is applied before the procedure. Will there be a lot of scabbing or severe redness on the face after the laser treatment? As I am a working professional, I would like to know when I can resume my daily activities, go to work, and wear light makeup after the procedure.
