Hello. I am writing to inquire because I am worried about the spots that have recently appeared on my back.

It is difficult to say exactly when it started, but when I checked in the mirror, I discovered several small brown (or red) spots on my back. There is no particular pain or itching, but I am worried that they might spread or get bigger over time.

I am not currently using any specific ointment or medication, and I am wondering if there are any environmental factors or a new body wash I have recently switched to.
