I am stressed because my complexion looks dull overall due to the dark spots and freckles that have appeared around my cheekbones and on my cheeks.
No matter how diligently I apply sunscreen, once pigmentation issues start to appear, they don't disappear; instead, they seem to get darker over time. Even when I try to cover them with concealer or thick foundation, the surface is only temporarily covered, and the distinctive dull shadows remain unhidden, making my complexion always look tired. I am considering getting laser treatment at a dermatology clinic.
The problem is that there are so many different types of pigment lasers that I have no idea which one is right for my skin. I'm worried that if I get the wrong one, I might experience side effects like the pigmentation getting darker or just end up with sensitive skin...
