Will Potenza help with pores that have severe makeup creasing?

I am writing to inquire about my concerns regarding makeup creasing with Potenza. Lately, when I apply makeup, the base feels like it settles severely into the pores around my nose and cheeks. Even if I apply it fairly neatly in the morning, by the afternoon, my pores become more prominent and my skin texture looks messy and broken down.

Using primer is fine for a short while, but it feels heavy to use every day. Also, exfoliating actually dries out my skin, causing my makeup to cake even more on some days. That is why I started looking into Potenza. Could Potenza help with my concerns about makeup settling due to enlarged pores?
