Can I address my pore and skin texture concerns with Potenza?

It’s not just that my pores look big; the surface of my skin itself feels rough and uneven. I am particularly self-conscious about the pores and sebum around my nose, and the texture on my cheeks is so dry and rough that even when I apply makeup, it doesn't look clean. Oh dear...
