Is Pico Toning effective for freckles as well?

I am considering Pico Toning for my melasma, but I was wondering if it is also effective for freckles. I have melasma on my cheekbones, but I also have some freckles. If it is effective for freckles, I would like to get both treated at the same time when I receive Pico Toning.

For reference, my melasma started appearing within the last 2-3 years, whereas my freckles have been there since my 20s, so they have been there for a long time. The melasma is concentrated only on the upper part of my cheekbones, whereas the freckles are scattered somewhat sporadically; I would also like to know how the cost of the Pico Toning procedure is calculated in this case.

Also, is Pico Toning treatment available on the body as well as the face? I have freckles on my arms, and I would like to know if you can treat them there as well.
