I keep feeling these small bumps on my neck; what kind of procedure would be right for me?
At first, I assumed it was just dead skin cells, so I moisturized diligently and even tried scrubbing occasionally, but I didn't feel much of a difference. I took good care of my face, but I'm not sure if it's because I neglected my neck relatively, or if it's something like skin tags or milia, or if there is another reason.
Since it is on my neck, I find myself constantly conscious of it because it brushes against my collar or gets touched when I tie my hair up. I think I am even more bothered by it in the summer because my neck is exposed more. I searched online and found information about procedures like lasers, plasma, and radiofrequency, and since the removal method varies depending on the condition, I am even more confused about which one to choose.
Has anyone else visited a dermatologist for small, bumpy rashes on their neck like me? I am curious to know what diagnosis you received and what procedure you underwent. I would also like to know if a single treatment was sufficient, how long the recovery period was, and whether there is any recurrence. I am also worried that getting just any procedure might leave scars. I would appreciate any reviews or recommendations from those with experience.
