I'm worried because the pores on my cheeks look like they've suddenly gotten bigger.
I was originally only concerned about the sebum around my nose, but lately it looks like the pores on my cheeks have widened as well, so I am writing to ask for advice. When I looked closely at a photo of my face that I took myself today, the area extending from the side of my nose to the inside of my cheek wasn't smooth; instead, I could see individual pores that looked like tiny holes.
I'm not sure if my skin has suddenly changed significantly or if it looks worse due to lighting or dryness, but compared to old photos, my skin texture definitely feels rougher.
My cheeks feel tight after washing my face, but by the afternoon, oil starts to build up around my nose, so I'm confused about how to manage it. I was concerned about my pores, so I tried using a peeling product, but my skin stung and turned red, so I stopped using it.
As shown in the attached photo, if pores on both the cheeks and the sides of the nose are visible, could you determine through a consultation which cause is more significant—loss of elasticity, excess sebum, or dryness? I would also like to know about the laser treatments I can receive and the recommended number of sessions before the pores widen further.
