Can the causes of nose pores and cheek pores be different?

I am writing to inquire because I am wondering if the causes of enlarged pores on the sides of my nose and on my cheeks can be different. Looking at a photo I took myself today, the area around my nose appears shiny and has sebum, making the pores look deep, whereas on my cheeks, even though there isn't much oil, the pores look stretched out.

Since my cheeks feel tight after washing my face and oil only comes up on my nose after a while, I felt that I shouldn't manage both areas in the same way.

Could enlarged pores on the nose be caused by sebum secretion, while enlarged pores on the cheeks are caused by dryness or loss of elasticity? I am also wondering if it is possible to identify the cause during the consultation when the shape of the pores and skin condition differ depending on the area, as shown in the attached photo. Is it possible to manage sebum on the nose while combining it with laser treatments for skin texture and elasticity on the cheeks?

Rather than trying to receive multiple treatments at once, I would like to prioritize and proceed step-by-step. I would like to be guided on the necessary treatment sequence and appropriate frequency for my skin.
