How can I get rid of facial pigmentation?

Hello. As you can see in the photo, once I get a pimple or acne, squeezing it leaves behind hyperpigmentation that looks just like a scar. Even though I am an adult, I still tend to get pimples and acne periodically, so the hyperpigmentation keeps getting worse. Is it possible to remove it with a laser? Ideally, it would be best to prevent acne from forming in the first place, so I would appreciate it if you could also recommend treatments that help reduce breakouts. Also, I understand that hyperpigmentation is difficult to remove; how many laser treatment sessions are recommended? Would it be best to pay for a package deal? A family member has similar concerns; are there any special discounts available for a companion?
