For those of you who have had laser hair removal on your upper lip and calves, how were the results?

I’ve been managing my hair removal by shaving lately, but it’s become too much of a hassle, so I’m considering getting laser hair removal. I’m particularly concerned about my upper lip and calves; since hair thickness and skin vary by area, I’m curious to know how effective laser hair removal actually is.
I shave my philtrum frequently, so I am concerned about the hair growing back quickly, and it also looks a bit dark up close, so I want to try managing it properly. I also shave my calves often in the summer because I frequently wear shorts or skirts; however, my skin sometimes stings or feels bumpy after shaving, so I started considering laser hair removal.
Has anyone had laser hair removal on both the philtrum and calves? I am curious how many sessions are needed to see a noticeable reduction in hair, and which area shows results faster. I would also like to know how much pain is involved during the procedure and whether it is tolerable, especially for a sensitive area like the philtrum.
It would be really helpful if those who have actually received the treatment could share their experiences, satisfaction levels, and even post-procedure care tips. I’ve been thinking about it for a while, but I’m considering trying laser hair removal this time, so I’d like to hear opinions from those who have gone through it. 😊
