Is Quadsay effective even on slightly rough skin texture?

I don't have deep scars on my skin, but the sides of my nose and around my cheeks are slightly rough and my pores are visible, so I am curious about the effects of Quadsay.

As shown in the attached photo, if you look closely, you can see several small pores on the inside of the cheek, and the skin surface feels uneven.

It doesn't seem to show much in the mirror normally, but my skin texture really stands out under bright lighting or natural light, which is actually kind of stressful for me.

Thinking it might be due to dead skin cells, I even tried using a peeling product, but the soft feeling only lasted right after use and quickly returned to its original state.

I am wondering if many people get Quadsay even for skin conditions like this. Is the effect of Quadsay only for deep acne scars or severely enlarged pores, or can it also be helpful for fine pores and rough skin texture like mine?

I would like to know if changes appear immediately after receiving Quadsay, or if my skin texture changes over time. I prefer a natural smoothing effect rather than drastic changes.
