Does Clarity Blemish Treatment also apply to concerns regarding light pigmentation?

I am writing to inquire about the skin type for which Clarity is recommended for blemish treatment. I do not have many large, dark blemishes on my face, but if I look at the sides of my nose and the inner parts of my cheeks, the skin tone is uneven and there are small areas that look like a light brownish tint. At first, I thought my skin just looked dull because it was dry, but even after moisturizing sufficiently, I don't feel like the color is becoming more even.

Especially on days when I'm not feeling well, the area around my cheeks looks duller, so my skin doesn't give off an overall clean impression.

Would skin like this qualify for the Clarity Blemish Treatment recommendation?

I am wondering if Clarity Blemish Treatment is only performed when there is noticeably dark pigmentation, or if it is also available for those like me who are concerned about uneven skin tone and light blemishes. I would also like to know if, during a consultation for Clarity Blemish Treatment, you first check if it is suitable based on the type and condition of the pigmentation.

I would like my skin tone to become naturally even rather than becoming excessively bright.
