What is the minimum recommended number of Pico Toning sessions?

Hello haha. As summer is passing, it is getting really cool these days!! I am a woman in my 30s who is currently suffering from freckles and blemishes on my face haha.

I tend to be a bit of a scaredy-cat, so I'm always afraid of things like laser treatments or injections.

I heard that the pain and intensity of Pico Toning aren't very high!

I'll have to get it consistently according to the schedule, though haha. By any chance, is there a recommended minimum number of Pico Toning sessions?

And I heard that Pico Toning gradually lightens pigmentation; surely it would be effective for acne scars as well, right???!

Actually, the hyperpigmentation like acne marks is bigger than melasma, blemishes, or freckles.
