How many Pico Toning sessions do I need to see noticeable changes?

Recently, as I have become more interested in skincare, I am considering starting Pico Toning. I do not have many dark blemishes on my face, but I am concerned about the remnants of old pigmentation in some spots and the overall unevenness of my skin tone. Therefore, rather than trying to make a big change all at once, I would like to improve my skin clarity through consistent care.

However, since I have heard that Pico Toning is often performed multiple times rather than just once, I am wondering how many sessions I should expect. Before consulting with a clinic, I would like to refer to the experiences of those who have actually received the treatment.

I am particularly curious about how skin tone or blemishes changed as the number of sessions increased for those who have received Pico Toning about 3, 5, or 10 times. I also want to know if there was no significant change during the first few sessions, but at some point, the improvement became noticeable. Conversely, if you have had experiences where the effects were minimal compared to expectations, I would like to hear your honest feedback.

I am also curious if the effects of Pico Toning last a long time if I stop the treatment after consistently receiving it. I would like to know if there are people who receive it occasionally for maintenance purposes, and if combining it with regular sun protection or home care is helpful.

As I am just starting out, I would like to proceed while checking if it suits my skin, rather than paying for multiple sessions impulsively. If you have consistently received Pico Toning, please share your experiences, including the actual number of treatments, when you noticed the effects, and how you maintain the results.
