Is a laser for nose tip blackheads, pore cleansing, and sebaceous gland destruction the answer?

I would like to ask about cleaning blackheads on the tip of the nose and pores.

Hello. I am a beauty enthusiast whose sebum is practically bursting due to endless blackheads on the tip of my nose and enlarging pores. I have tried extractions, nose strips, cleansing oils, and pretty much every home care method imaginable, but the effects are only temporary, and my pores seem to be getting even bigger.

I did some searching and saw posts saying that laser treatments that completely destroy sebaceous glands (such as Agnes) are very effective.

Can a sebaceous gland destroying laser really be a fundamental solution for blackheads and pore reduction?

I am curious about the extent of pain or downtime (interference with daily life).
