The parting on the crown of my head has widened to the point where it looks white. What hair loss treatment is good?

At some point, whenever I washed my hair and looked in the mirror, the parting line on the crown of my head had become twice as wide as before, revealing my scalp clearly. Since each individual hair strand has lost its strength and become as thin as a thread, no matter how much volume I try to add to the roots with a hairdryer, a single gust of wind causes it to droop limply and stick tightly to my scalp. I have been using anti-hair loss shampoos and scalp ampoules for over a year and have diligently taken nutritional supplements, but it feels like home care alone is not enough to restore strength to my already thinned roots. When standing under elevator lights or bright sunlight, the thinning at the crown of my head stands out so much that I am driven crazy whenever people look up at me. I really want to get a treatment done as soon as possible.
