Please recommend a procedure that helps office workers manage melasma.
I feel like the melasma on my face is getting darker due to my work, so I am looking into ways to manage it. I am exposed to UV rays during my daily commute, and perhaps because of the nature of my job, I spend a lot of time indoors looking at a computer screen. As a result, my skin tone feels duller than before. I am particularly concerned because the melasma has appeared patchy around both of my cheekbones, and it is difficult to cover even with makeup. Since I can only visit the clinic on weekends, I would find procedures that require frequent visits burdensome. I am wondering if there are any treatments that are relatively affordable for working professionals that help improve both melasma and overall skin tone. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if I can return to my daily life immediately after the procedure, and how many sessions are typically required to see results.
