My nose has a lot of sebum, so my pores look big. Which laser would be best?

The area around my nose is relatively clear in the morning, but by the afternoon, oil and sebum rise to the surface, making my pores look significantly larger, which bothers me.

When I use sebum-removing products, my skin looks a little smooth on the very day, but it gets cold again after a few days. Also, if I use them too often, the area around my nose stings and turns red, so it is difficult to keep using them.

So, rather than constantly removing sebum at home, I would like to get proper care at a dermatology clinic.

I am curious if pores with excessive sebum are approached differently than general pore lasers. Are there laser treatments available that address both sebum secretion and pores simultaneously? Since my pores appear to extend from my nose to the cheeks next to it, I would also like to consult about whether those areas can be treated together.
