Is it possible to consult about laser treatment for the uneven skin tone around my cheeks?

Lately, while I am concerned about my pores, I am more worried about the uneven overall skin tone around my cheeks. I don't have many very dark freckles or noticeable blemishes, but if you look closely, the color varies slightly in places, and overall, my skin looks dull rather than clear.

It looks fine when I'm in good condition or my skin is moisturized, but it feels much worse on tired or dry days.

Would I be able to receive pigment laser treatment in this case? I am wondering if there are treatments available to even out my overall skin tone, rather than methods that remove individual blemishes.
