Do you feel like your skin looks cleaner when you apply makeup after getting the laser treatment?

I tend to be more self-conscious about my skin when I wear makeup than when I'm barefaced.

My base goes on pretty well in the morning, but by the afternoon, my skin tone looks dull and sometimes feels patchy in places.

So, when I touch up my makeup, instead of looking neat, it actually gets thicker and makes my skin texture look rough, which is stressful.

If I get laser treatment, will I notice a difference not only in blemishes and skin tone but also when applying makeup?

I think I would be satisfied if my skin looked neat overall even with a thin layer of base, rather than seeing a dramatic brightening effect haha.

Are there actually people who say they started applying less foundation after consistently getting laser treatments?

I'm looking forward to it because I think I'll be able to use less concealer once my skin tone becomes a little more even.

Also, is there a period immediately after the procedure where the skin becomes dry or red, making it difficult for makeup to apply?

Since I have to wear makeup almost every weekday, it is also important to me if I can apply makeup the very next day after the laser treatment.
