Is there a period when the skin temporarily looks rougher after laser treatment?
I thought my skin would be clear right away after getting the laser treatment, but after reading the reviews, it seems that isn't necessarily the case lol.
Some people mentioned that their skin felt rough or flaky for a few days, so I became curious about the post-procedure process.
I am currently concerned that my skin tone looks a bit dull and my skin texture is not smooth, so I am looking into laser treatments.
But if my skin gets rough right after the procedure, I think I would worry and wonder if something went wrong.
Is it common for the skin to feel temporarily dry or rough after a laser treatment?
If such a process exists, I'm also curious how many days it usually takes for it to become soft again haha.
I feel like I would be tempted to pick at or exfoliate when dead skin cells start to flak, but I suppose it's better to just leave them alone naturally, right?
I am also curious if there are many people who intentionally avoid scrubs or peeling products after the procedure.
Also, is there a case where makeup looks more cakey when the skin looks rough?
I have to wear makeup on weekdays, so this part is also quite important.
I am wondering if the effects become noticeable after a few days have passed since the laser treatment, when the skin texture becomes smooth again.
I'm fine if my skin looks better about a week or two after the procedure than immediately after.
However, if there is a brief period before then when my skin looks a bit off, I’d like to know in advance and schedule accordingly haha.
For those of you who have received laser treatments multiple times, has it become easier to predict your skin's reaction after the procedure compared to the first time?
I am curious if you develop your own pattern regarding when your skin looks its best after receiving treatment.
For those of you who were much more satisfied a few days after the procedure than immediately after, please share your actual process haha.
