I'm getting more and more blemishes on my face, so I'm considering getting laser treatment.
I didn't used to worry much about my skin tone, but recently, small blemishes have been appearing one by one on my face, so I'm concerned. In particular, as there are more areas that look like small brown spots on my cheekbones and cheeks, my skin doesn't seem clear overall.
I try to apply sunscreen regularly, but it seems that existing blemishes don't disappear well with home care alone. They are covered to some extent with makeup, but lately I've been wanting my skin to look more even even without makeup, so I am looking into laser treatments.
However, after searching online, it seems that not all blemishes are treated with the same laser, so I'm not sure which treatment I should get. There appear to be methods that require multiple sessions like toning, as well as lasers that directly treat pigmentation, but I don't really understand the differences.
My skin is on the sensitive side, so I am worried about receiving treatments that are too harsh. If possible, I would like to gradually improve minor blemishes using a method that does not significantly interfere with my daily life.
For those of you who have received laser treatment for similar concerns, which procedure did you choose? I am curious to know how many sessions it took to feel the effects, and if there were any specific details you needed to pay attention to during post-treatment care.
