Is the blemish treatment effective even if my skin is on the dry side?
I am interested in treating blemishes, but I am worried about whether it is okay to get a laser treatment because my cheeks are dry and my skin feels tight easily.
Especially after washing my face, my cheeks and the sides of my nose feel dry and rough, and I tend to get a little bit of dead skin buildup during winter or the change of seasons.
However, I’ve started worrying about my blemishes and skin tone as well, so it feels awkward to keep putting off treatment. Can I expect effective blemish treatment even on dry skin?
I am wondering if there are cases where it is better to stabilize the skin barrier or moisture level first before treating blemishes.
I would also like to know if I need to pay more attention to moisturizing than usual after blemish treatment. I would also like to inquire whether pigmentation procedures cannot be performed at all simply because my skin is dry, or if the intensity can be adjusted according to my condition.
