Is Pico Toning effective even on skin that has been exposed to a lot of UV rays?

Since I went out a lot during the summer, the skin around my nose and cheeks looks duller than before, and it seems like the light pigmentation has increased slightly, so I am looking into Pico Toning.

I apply sunscreen, but I can't reapply it often while out, so I think I've been quite affected by UV rays.

My face isn't as clear as it used to be, and I can see small brown spots around my cheeks, so I want to start taking care of it from now on.

Can I expect Pico Toning to be effective on this type of skin? I am also wondering if I need to check first whether my skin, which has become sensitive due to UV rays, has sufficiently recovered before receiving Pico Toning.

I would like to know if I need to be more thorough with UV protection after Pico Toning to maintain the effects for a longer time, and if the treatment cycle should be adjusted for people who are very active outdoors.
