Is Pico Toning effective even for skin that turns red easily?

I am interested in Pico Toning because the skin tone around my cheeks and nose is uneven, but I am concerned because my skin tends to turn red easily with even the slightest irritation. My cheeks turn red immediately if I wash my face for a long time or use exfoliating products, and on days when I am not feeling well, it sometimes stings a little even when I apply basic skincare products.

However, I am still concerned about pigmentation and dullness, so I want to manage them using a method that is not too irritating.

Can I expect Pico Toning to be effective even on skin like this? I am wondering if it is possible to start with a lower intensity after assessing my skin condition when I first receive Pico Toning.

I would also like to know how long redness or heat sensation typically lasts after Pico Toning. Even if the effects appear a little slowly, I would prefer a method that is less burdensome on the skin.
