Is Pico Toning effective even if my skin tends to be dry?

My skin tone is dull, so I want to try Pico Toning, but I am worried about whether it is safe for me to receive the laser treatment because my cheeks get dry and tight easily.

Especially right after washing my face or on days when I'm not feeling well, my cheeks look dull and the texture looks rough, so I'm worried that getting laser treatment in this state might make my skin even drier. Still, faint pigmentation is starting to appear little by little next to my nose and on my cheeks, so it's hard to put off treatment.

Can I expect Pico Toning effects even on dry skin like this?

I am wondering if soothing care is performed first before Pico Toning if the skin's moisture or barrier condition is poor.

I would like to know if I need to pay more attention to moisturizing than usual after Pico Toning, and I would also like to inquire if people with dry skin should space out the treatments a little longer.
