Do I only need to pay attention to the aftercare for about a few days after the laser hair removal procedure?

Before booking a laser hair removal appointment, I'm looking up what to be careful of afterward rather than the procedure itself, haha.

My skin isn't usually that sensitive, but sometimes it stings or feels dry after shaving multiple times, so I was wondering how to care for it after the procedure.

I heard that your skin might feel a little red or hot on the day of laser hair removal. How long does it usually take to get better?

I'll most likely be getting it on a weekday, so I hope it doesn't interfere with my daily life the next day haha.

I am also curious if moisturizing and UV protection are the most important aspects of laser hair removal aftercare.

I would like to know if I can continue using my usual body products or functional cosmetics after the procedure, or if it is better to use only the mildest products possible for a few days.

Also, do many people avoid taking long hot showers or going to saunas for a few days?

I exercise frequently and sweat a lot, so I am also wondering if it is better to skip exercising on the day of laser hair removal.
