I am thinking of switching to laser hair removal.

Lately, I’ve been getting a bit stressed about my hair growing in whenever I wear short sleeves at the gym or go to the swimming pool. Waxing only provides a quick clean finish while I’m getting it done, and the hair grows back fast. Plus, I get ingrown hairs that get trapped inside, so I’m thinking of switching to laser hair removal.

Since laser hair removal reduces hair growth semi-permanently without requiring frequent attention, it certainly seems like it would be convenient.

If I get laser hair removal, is it okay to exercise and sweat or go to a swimming pool immediately on the day of the procedure? Or, I would like to know the guidelines on how many days I should avoid sweating activities or entering the water. Also, if I have a lot of hair, please let me know if the basic 5 sessions are insufficient and if I need more.
