How do you take care of the area around your eyes?

Lately, I've been really bothered by the small, bumpy protrusions around my eyes!
At first, I didn't think much of it, but since it suddenly spiked and then dropped a little, I'm actually kind of worried.
It's hard to tell exactly if it's a milia or a skin tag, and I'm not sure if it will naturally disappear over time!
Even if I try to manage it with home care, it doesn't seem like it will be easily resolved...
Has anyone had milia or skin tags removed around their eyes?
I'm also wondering if it's better to remove this by extraction or if laser treatment would be more suitable!
I'm worried that it might irritate the skin, especially around the eyes.
I'm also worried that red marks or scars might remain after the procedure.
