Which type of lifting is right for me?

Even after deciding to lift, there are reasons why you may not be able to put it into action.

Recovery period after lifting is a problem

 

Because most of the people, including me, have to go to work.

Going to work with a swollen face??.

When asked why my face is like that, I can't say that it's because I'm fixing my nasolabial folds. Haha

 

Is there any type of lifting that I'm not familiar with that can have a short-term lifting effect with minimal visible signs?

I really wish there was a type of lifting that I could do on Friday and then go to work on Monday without feeling any pain.
